Incoming Mail Server Update

AceDSL customers are temporarily unable to access their e-mail accounts due to a mail server failure, which occurred around 9PM on Wed. Oct. 4th. In order to avoid data loss, we have undertaken recovery steps which are taking longer than originally anticipated. In order to speed up the process, we have blocked our user access to their mailboxes. Please note that your data WILL NOT be lost. Moreover, newly arriving messages are being queued and will be deposited to your mailbox upon completion of the recovery process. Your ability to send mail is not affected. We are sorry about the inconvenience this may cause. We assure you that all our efforts are dedicated towards resolving this issue.
