NYC AceDSL Slowdown

The slowdown experienced by our NYC DSL subscribers is now resolved. It was due to a Denial of Service (DoS) agains one of the subscriber IP addresses. The IP address has been identified and blocked. Customers may experience occasional latency and packet loss for the remainder of the day due to a load on our border routers. This should subsided once the DoS ceases.
