Location Independent

AcePBX® is a nomadic service. Registered devices can operate with the same assigned extensions or telephone numbers worldwide. All that's required is a high-speed Internet connection.


You can easily add or subtract Stations, Call Paths or Physical Extensions in response to the needs of your organization without any service disruption.


Your system resides on high-availability servers in a controlled data center environment. We guarantee 99.999% system availability backed by our knowledgeable technicians available 24/7.

Choice of Equipment

Select 2-, 3- or 6-line Polycom® SoundPoint® VoIP phones. Conference Units, Analog Adapters and SoftPhone subscriptions are available. Other brands of VoIP phones (Cisco, Linksys) are also supported.

  • Your inbound calls will be received and processed by the system exactly per your specifications. There is never a busy signal or a lost call. Create multiple menu tiers to add depth and professionalism to your organization, or let it ring on all phones at once.
  • Auto Attendant w/ Multiple Menus (v.1 & v.2)
  • Record your unique company greeting and present your callers with as many Interactive Voice Response (IVR) options as you see fit.

  • System users can belong to multiple groups. Messages on their phone screen will advise users what group or department the caller had selected. Users may activate and de-activate themselves in the groups through the ACE VoIP User Portal.
  • Multiple Company Profiles (v.1 & v.2)
  • Many customers operate multiple businesses under the same umbrella. We can configure multiple company profiles, each with a separate set of instructions. Messages on their phone screen will advise users which company's number the caller had dialed.
  • Presence (v.2, Polycom®)
  • An LED indicator on your phone will show the status of your colleagues' phones regardless of their location. Indicators can be set up to monitor individual lines on users' phones, their entire phones, or multiple groups of lines and users.
  • Call Parking (v.2)
  • Parked calls can be picked up by any system user regardless of her or his location. LED indicators on Polycom® phones show the status of each Parking Spot.
