Static On Some Inbound Calls
Some Verizon Wireless and other Verizon customers may hear static when calling into ACE clients. We have opened and escalated a ticket with Verizon -- one of their DS3s is causing static when sending calls to our network. Calls from other providers should not be affected. Verizon has opened a ticket on their equipment and have worked with our carrier to make sure they escalate it and resolve it. We will keep you advised of status on this issue.
