Service Outage Resolved
A service outage affecing all DSL and Voice Customers has been resolved. There was an air-conditioning failure at the AboveNet data center, where Acecape's equipment is co-located. This caused some of our equipment, including the core switch, to overheat and fail. Most of our services, including DSL access, VoIP and other were adversely affected. We reacted as soon as we could and restored the service. Sorry for the inconvenience.
