About Us

Ace Innovative Networks, Inc. (formerly Acecape, Inc.), was founded in 1998  in New York City and began operations in 1999.  We started as an ISP looking to capitalize on the explosive growth of the Internet in the late '90s.  Our founders were driven by the entrepreneurial spirit and the foresight to know that Internet-based applications would soon play a vital role.

Very quickly, we established a reputation for quality, reliability, and competence—a reputation that has kept many of our clients with us for over two decades.  Today, we are a one-stop shop for all the telecom, Internet, and IT needs of SMBs, nonprofit organizations, and tech-savvy consumers.

Together with our clients, we persevered through many challenges, and the COVID pandemic has been no exception.  We look forward to continuing as a trusted partner to all of our current and future clients as they return to normal, whatever form the "new normal" will take.

The Team

Arkady Goldinstein is a cofounder of Ace.  He provides strategic guidance to the company.  Arkady holds a BSE from the Wharton School and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Michael Ulitskiy is the Vice President of Technology and is the company's main "technical brain."  Michael oversees network and system administration, carries out research, and is instrumental in bringing to life every new development project at Ace.  Michael holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Dnepropetrovsk University in Ukraine.

Eugene Chernikh is the Senior Service Manager at Ace.  A multi-talented technology professional, Eugene does not shy away from any project and is not afraid to get his hands dirty.  Eugene is a graduate of Lehman College.

Galvani Santana is Service Manager at Ace.  A strong and silent type, Galvani possesses the confidence and dedication that epitomize Ace.  Galvani holds a BA from New York University.

At Ace, we have always punched above our weight.  But none of this would have been possible without our numerous partners—IT consultants, system integrators, agents, and many others—who, for many years, have been trusting us with the technology needs of their clients.

Careers

We are looking to fill an entry-level technical support / customer care position.  You do not need to possess any deep knowledge of computers, networking, or telephony, but you must have an appetite to learn something new.
